The owner of Armand Landscaping & Masonry is Jorge Acosta (his middle name is Armand). Jorge has more than 15 years experience in the gardening and landscaping industry, and 17+ years in the masonry business. He was born and grew up in tepic nayarit, Mexico, and immigrated to Canada in 2009.

When he arrived in Canada, he began training under the watchful eye of a certified horticulturist. For the next ten years, he honed his skills as a gardener and landscaper, and also continued working as a stonemason specializing in hardscapes, a craft he had learned prior to coming to Canada.

In 2020, Jorge stepped out on his own, launching Armand Landscaping & Masonry. The company is based in cowichan valley, but provides services to customers from Victoria to Nanaimo. He prides himself on his work ethic, his willingness to work on jobs of all sizes for residential and commercial clients, and his growing knowledge of gardening, landscaping and masonry.

Jorge’s approach is to work closely with his customers, listening to their concerns, understanding their vision, and bringing  their ideas to reality — on time and on budget. He is committed to excellence, attention to detail, hard work, professionalism, being prompt and on time, and ultimately, complete customer satisfaction.
